PESSANJ International Technical Inspection Co. Ltd. is an Iranian based company established in 1985 and registered in Tehran by Ex NIOC officials from International Affairs (i.e. Crude Oil Marketing and Exports, Petroleum Products Division and Refineries staffs) to perform the cargo inspections at all North and South Iranian ports, i.e. Kharg Island, Lavan Island, Sirri Island, Bandar Assaluyeh, Bahregan Floating Storage Unit (FSU), Bandar Mahshahr, Bandar Imam Khomeini (BIK), Bandar Abbas, Bandar Anzali, Bandar Nowshahr, Bandar Neka, Bandar Bushehr and etc. PESSANJ has been approved by National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), Iranian National Standard Organization (INSO) and Central Bank of Iran (CBI) to carry out the inspection at all Iranian terminals, ports and industries area. Inspection (COI).
